I've mentioned this before but here goes again. I make a lot of sales by email from customers who see my fabrics and email to ask about others.
I find it convienient to enter these sales into ebud and keep track of them just like my auctions. I accomplish this by using a data card from a no sale auction that is over 14 days old. It was necessary to modify the status file to add a few that fits the non-auction sale, and modify the invoice format so it doesn't look like an auction.
I have encountered only 2 problems with this system and they have to do with the program not recognizing the added status, both when combining shipments and when archiving records.
I hope you will consider adding the ability to track side sales and archive them just like with auctions. If we could add to the status list and have the program recognize them it would be a blessing.

This is an idea we have been kicking around for a while with the pro version. Basically the ability to add a blank row and do with it as you please.
Keep an eye out in the future as it is something we are hoping to do.

I have even used a no sale auction to type in addresses of friends I want to ship something to just so that I can easily print out a priority mail label :-) The ability to put in a blank line could be very useful.
