Could you add fields for these two items? The stat field updates everytime I do something, so it doesn't help me.

Whenever I send out a payment received notice, I would like to have that date captured. Also when I send out an item shipped notice.

I am using some fields I don't otherwise use to track this information. Depending on the mode of payment, I want a quick way to decide when I should ship.

Actually it would be nice if you had a tentative ship date field filled in based on the payment method that the user could set in preferences. Like 7 days for a check, one day for electronic or money order payments.

I think that would be great if you could put in a ship and payment field.
