I use a mixture of Auctiva and eBay Seller Manager Pro.

Seller Manager Pro is doing my head in!
I can only schedule in 15min chunks. I want to list at 18:37 not at 18:30!
The only reason I have tried SMP is try and get some relist fees, I list about 450 items per week and many don't sell.
Using the automation features - there is one called "Continually relist if my item sells or not", sounds good, except it relists 5 mins later in someone does a Buy Now and items that don't sell relist some 6 minutes later. What I want and hope you Gurus at Auctiva can squeeze in the next release is "Continually relist if my item sells or not at the same time as previous listing and get me a relist fee credit if sells" option (you may need to trim that).

I'll leave it with you.

Willing to a subscription fee for that Red Face

I don't know about continual relisting, but I would like to see an "auto-relist one time" option for auctions. I only list on Sunday, so when the auctions close and I'm not at home, I have to wait another week to relist them. With auto-relist, items that did not sell would be relisted automatically if I checked that option. I think it's easy, simple, and effective, and I would not be willing to pay a subscription fee for that. I think a lot of people would appreciate the auto-relist function. Thanks, and keep up the great service!

why not wait a week every week, that way you are relisting non sellers that are a week old every week, can do early sunday for posting later with reg new listings and gain a new group of bidders looking

I would love to be able to schedule a relist from the closed auctions the same way I schedule from my saved items

It would great if Auctiva could add a "edit" button on the Relist page prior to relisting. It seems that there is no clean way to change a listing to receive the relisting credit from Ebay. Right now if you hit the relist button the exact same auction will be relisted. Well......if it did not sell the first time than probably there needs to be some changes made so it can sell the second time. Thanx!

You are right. There needs to be a way to revise the listing in Auctiva BEFORE it gets relisted from the Closed Folder. For example, relisting from the Saved Folder, after you've made your revisions there. Having to relist first to ebay and then make your changes in ebay just seems awkward (but at least you can make changes, you're not stuck with the same listing).

Hopefully Auctiva will give us some of these upgrades in Phase 2. Roll Eyes

I went to ebay to make changes, but the only thing I could change was the title, category - but I couldn't touch the description???? So, that leaves me with nothing..........

You should be able to make changes in the description area as well. What kind of changes did you try to make and what happened when you tried?
