It would save me alot of work and time if within the 'Closed' listings area, I could retrieve a group of items that is identical to what I see when I look at my 'Unsold Items' on eBay after I have deleted items such as those that I have re-listed.

When I select 'Unsold' from the drop-down list in the auctiva.com 'Closed' listings area, the search results include re-listed items, items I deleted after re-listing, items that were sold after re-listing, etc.

Currently, I request a file of my unsold items from eBay. With this, I create a checklist that I use to select items, one by one, on auctiva.com's closed listings pages. This is tedious and time consuming because the sorting never matches between my spreadsheet and the online listings (the only sort field it makes sense to use is the 'End Date' -- apparently the time is not taken into consideration. I must often go back and forth between closed listings pages in order to select all items I'd like to re-list.

With my suggestion, all I would have to do is click the 'select all' checkbox, without fear of re-listing previously sold items.

If this is not something that can be easily accomplished, a workaround would be to accept a list of item numbers (comma-separated or one-per-line) from the user through manual entry, cut-and-paste or drag-and-drop, and return closed items with matching item numbers.
