I really like the professional look of the Auctiva listings and deals on photos and promoting, etc. It is very helpful with sales, but I am getting a little frustrated with going back and forth from Auctiva to My Ebay and many things don't match up. #of Bids for example, I have had bids on items show up in Auctiva and not at all on My Ebay. I've read it can take a few hours for Ebay to catch up, but I never did see the green dollar figure show up on My Ebay with 2 days to go. I was shocked to see it in Sold Items in My Ebay.
I would suggest a Messages file for our accounts as well. More going back and forth from Auctiva to My Ebay just to read and answer questions from bidders.

LOL, unfortunately we can't fix eBay from here! We are glad you like Auctiva. And it is fortunate (yet ironic) that when you say Auctiva wasn't matching up with MyeBay, that it was actually more accurate according to what SHOULD show up on My eBay!

You're not the only one who's seeing this. Ina Steiner posted on her AuctionBytes blog about some eBay glitches yesterday. Your issue seems to match the second "problem" link in her first paragraph. Hopefully eBay will get this straightened out...
