Maybe someone out there can tell me what I am doing wrong that I NEVER get an answer from Support. I accepted their free trial and thought I would become a member, like an idiot I sent $30.00 for picture credt. The whole two weeks I tried using AUCTIVA there was always something wrong, no counter, no pictures, no nothing. I wrote no answer. At least they are consistent. Finally said that is it, being retired I rely on E-Bay for extra spending. I wrote and asked to be credited for my $30.00 and also to have my pictures taken off their gallery. I WROTE, I WROTE, I WROTE, I WROTE, to make a long I WROTE story short I am still writing. The only correspondence I have received was that I was accepted for membership in the FORUM!! WHAT DO I DO-DOES SOMEONE REALLY WORK AT AUCTIVA OR IS IT RUN BY ROBOTS. I don't like paying for a service I never got. HELP ME PLEASE!!! Toni
