I have three suggestions for the site: (1) To make the picture slideshow so the images of different sizes not "jump" and make the ad text move up and down (2) have a way to size the cropping box by entering a height and width. (3) allow drag and dropping of the pictures added to an ad to arrange the order because the way you have to deselect all the pictures, then reselect them in the order you want to change it to is time consuming.
