I'm sure I'm not the first person to suggest this, but.....
Here's an idea that may free up server space and at the same time help Auctiva users: why not turn Saved Listings into something stored locally by the user -- or at least make it available as an option.

Goodness, I did a little research on their paid services and their boards are riddled with problems and complaints, too.

I'm so sorry you're experiencing problems.

So very sorry and I do feel for you.

I did see that you posted that you wished you could've scheduled auctions, I did these last week knowing this week would be a very busy week for me. (first day back to school for children and more) Normally I try to stay ahead 3 to 5 days on scheduling under this ID just to have breathing space and a life.

Anyway..I did want to talk to you about message boards and problems/complaints.

Most services never hear from a large percentage of their customers via a message board.

Most customers don't visit a message board unless directed there by a link if there's a problem. (Such as Auctiva)

Example: I just did a general search on Auctiva with eBay and there are this many users using Auctiva. 25712 items found for auctiva

We don't see anywhere near that amount of persons on this board making posts to problems and errors.

And after problems are fixed those that had problems don't return unless they have another problem.

So....message boards are normally full of problems and complaints.

Please look for an unbiased third party review system, never look to the message boards, no matter what you're looking for..they are normally full of upset persons.

Oh on the third party hosting an image. I own my domain name and have domain hosting plus 50 email addresses and more.

For the small price of paying for my domain (7.00 a year) name and my hosting (very cheap)...I can and do host images there as do many others on here who have domain names. That way you're not dependent upon Auctiva to house those pictures if you're worried.

An even better solution and you won't have to pay a dime....Also your internet service provider normally offers 50 MB included with your package. I've yet to find a service that didn't offer this.

If you need me to help you..I will be more than happy to help. I know it's confusing.

Well said. Most of our users are very happy, most of the time. Even those that post here angry now will be happy again once we have this issue fixed.

It's completely understandable that they're as mad as they are now. If our fix tonight didn't work we'll be able to put another solution into place tomorrow that does.
