Since auctiva has made schedule as one of the key features, which enough to get me sign up like many, but as a new user I face little issue with the schedule.

I'm suggesting to put an extra field (expandable by clicking a + sign perhaps) beneath every auction, with date & time format for scheduling purpose. Clicking a button beside will automatically parse the listing to the scheduled section.

Thanks.

Ok..let me get this straight.
Date and Time format. You mean to alter it to your personal time? Such as I'm EST and you could be PST?

If so, I believe that is already in Auctiva in the setup of preferences. I left my auctions on Auctiva time (CA time) as that's what eBay runs on. But others find it easier to be on their own time and that's easilly changable.

Hope this helps,
Donna

I think kyun may mean something a little more direct and simple for saved listings -- instead of having to take two steps (tickbox, click "Schedule") and then going to the scheduler page for more steps.

I think.

Sorry I didn't put it properly.

Yes Rick totally read my mind, he's right that instead of taking extra steps (going back-and-forth between scheduler page and back to listing page) there should be an easier way. There's no real need to 'confirm' the schedule one by one on another page. Although I'm not an experienced programmer but I helped and earned my pocket money few years ago so I know the programmers doing 'extra' steps to parse the info from page to page.

I have about 50-55 new scheduled auctions everyday and most listings are unique. When I used Turbo Lister it took me 20-30 min to get the job done, but I tried auctiva web-based system (familiarize myself may shorten the time 20%?) it took me 1.5 hours. And if server load was heavy or connection from my end was slow, the duration could be longer.

I believe if auctiva implements the more user friendly scheduling feature, it'll cut the time to less than 1 hour for my case. Of course it wouldn't beat the 20-min desktop tool, but I can live happily with that for auctiva is FREE.

Thanks.

Having said that, auctiva programmers did brilliantly in every way to make every tool works with ebay, and they've improved with new features and fixed the unforeseen bugs as quick as they can.

Technically speaking, they are superb. All I do is just making a small suggestion from a web usability perspective. Time-saving, reduce server load, more happy users. Smile

Thanks.

Yeah, suggestions are good and this one would be nice if implemented.
