What am I doing wrong? I have my templates all checked to use visible Auctiva counter. The majority of the time it works - but in every batch of auctions I submit there seems to be at least one, sometimes more, auctions that have no counters. And when trying to view the hits my auctions have received on the Counter page after logging in to Auctiva - it NEVER shows all of my auctions. Yes, I'm aware that if the auction has no hits it will not show BUT the ones it does not show DO have hits?!? Since I seem to have several "regular" customers (let me stop and say a prayer for them) - ALL my items usually get hit at least once in the first 24 hours. Is it me or is this common to Auctiva counters? Since I really like to check my counters and use them - i.e. if an item isn't getting hits I do more research and possibly change the title or category - this is really bugging me.

I would be very interested in an answer to this question as well. I have one recurring auction item in which the counter NEVER shows up -- and it is definitely selected in the Mister Poster page when I create the auction. Rather than a counter on the auction page, there appears a Mister Poster logo -- very odd. I have in the past amended the auction to insert an Andale counter, but that is cumbersome to view and maintain. Hope we get some ideas here!

Well - I'm still checking in for any info. Do the people on this board use the Auctiva counters or do you use another one? I used Andale for awhile about a year or so ago - great set-up, you could view your hits on an hourly and daily basis - very good info for planning future auctions! BUT the viewing page was unreliable to say the least. A neighbor is using them now, and she is very pleased so they must have cleaned up some. I wouldn't mind paying $5 or under a month for a consistent good counter! Ruby Lane had a great one also but they gave it up. Any info or nudges in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!!

I realize it's a little late to answer your question, but I absolutely recommend Auctiva's counters. They're small and unobtrusive and don't tend to go down like Andale's. Since they were reenabled almost a year ago, I've never had one bit of trouble with them.

Just set it up in your personality and you will automatically have a nice little counter at the bottom of your auction which you can easily check from several different places.

I am using Auctiva Counter - the one you can check to have on the Mr. Poster template. But is there some way or something I need to do to make them show up in every auction? I always have a few auctions that don't have counters for some reason. I'm using the same template on all of them, so? Is there a paid counter service thru Auctiva? I've looked but don't see one - and if there is, do they show up in all your auctions? And can you get daily and hourly counts from them. I sell a variety of items, and you'ld be surprised how much good it can do when you can pin point the time that the most people are looking for vintage vanity items for example. But I at least want to be able to see the counts for all my auctions. Some of auctions - it never shows up at all and the item sells with more than one bid so you know people have been there!
