Hi,

I get the Auctiva Showcase icon with "View and search all the items in my picture gallery" embedded into each of my auctions when I use Mr. Poster.

I don't use this, nor is it check/selected in my settings.

How do you get rid of it?

I have had the same problem many times, usually resulting from an update that resets the settings. You need to go to the auctiva setting file, which is located under your program files (windows start button, program files, auctiva, mister poster). Click on the mrposter settings file and scroll to the bottom of the page. The last entry should have the showcaseon=1, change the 1 to a zero and save the file. That should remove it from your listings. Also, make sure that you do not have the showcase checked on the settings box in mrposter itself (under file, settings)

Hi Josh,

I did try that with still the same results.

It already reads... ShowcaseOn=0 & box is unchecked in the settings.

Hopefully one of the Auctive support people will have a solution.

Be sure to delete your cookies so that it refreshes new - you can preivew the auction with mr poster so you will know before it posts. Also be sure to file a support case with Auctiva, that will ensure a response.
