I was wondering if you are supposed to upgrade if you want to use more than one pic in each listing when using MR.Poster?

In order to use more than one image with Mr Poster you just need to be using the Auctiva Image Hosting service. You should have this included even with the Starter Plan, or you can get it seperately from the Images tab. Hope that answers your question!
