Hello Classic Community,

This week's server relocation ended up taking longer than usual and for that we apologize. Auctiva Classic should be back online again now, and if it still isn't for anyone, it will be back up soon.

We are also aware that you are currently unable to post using Mr. Poster or Auctiva Poster. This is being worked on and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Considering the extended length of the the downtime, Auctiva is willing to offer users that were affected by this downtime free time on their paid services. To redeem this offer, please file a support case on the Auctiva Classic website and mention this post.

We do apologize for any inconvenience to our user community. Auctiva is nothing without our users and we are working hard to deliver the best (and most reliable) auction management service in the business. We do appreciate your business and are looking forward to being back online faster and better than ever!

-Mike

The only thing that I can do is type in the Title name for my auction...when I go down to choose the category I keep getting a message that it is currently not available and should try back in a few minutes. It has been now 30 hours latter and I still get the same message and can't get anything listed. When am I going to be able to list some items...after reading the posts I see some people are up and running just fine...what is the hold up? Please let me know..I'm ready to switch over to another auction listing site because it's been 3 days now that I can not list nothing. kingcare

I can't log into my Auctiva account. I can't get a reply from Tech Support. There's no one to call. I'm a paying customer. What in the heck am I paying for if I can't get any service?

Regards,
Roy

Hi
I just scheduling a listing with Mr Poster.
I am not sure if the programmers are finished with things but I just wanted to let those here
know that I was able to post via the scheduler. Another user had their scheduled listings also post to ebay.
We are closer to the end of this mess it seems!

Thanks
Ed

I thought your site is 100% free so Other that the Sellathon product linked to you, what other services would I have paid for? Just confused.

There are Auctiva programs that are free to use, but there are paid options such as scheduling, relisting, image hosting, etc.
