Hi I realize that sometimes software breaks and that is just how it is but I am curious to learn if there is a place that I can go to that will tell me when the software is back working. If someone could post a link or just tell me where to look for this information that would be great. THANKS!

Same need here. Things we scheduled to start last night did not post. We've put in a support ticket and haven't gotten any response (other than the autoresponder) - even an acknowledgement that they are aware of the problem.

I'm going to try another forum to see if I can get a response.

They are showing up as scheduled but not posted (scheduled for 9/12/06). They are not showing up red. Should they be red as stated in the other thread?
