Anyone else having this problem?

I have this problem periodically - usually the counters show on some of my auctions but not on others. Have been told that they won't show until someone visits your auction but I've had them not show on auctions people are bidding on - and presumably they've been to the auction if they are bidding on it.

A couple of years ago Rubylane offered counters that told you how many hits total and broke them down into hits by day and by hour. HINT - HINT - AUCTIVA - I would pay a monthly fee for a counter service like that.

Feel guilty for using Auctiva Mr. Poster for free - really love it and haven't found anything else comparable. There are no Auctiva pay services that I need - they seem to be oriented for the big, multiple item or selling assistant sellers. Some services aimed at us smaller quantity but still viable sellers - like reliable counters with breakdowns, might not bring them big bucks but it might bring them lots of regular small bucks - which add up!!

The server the counters were one crashed. We've rebuilt it but not put the counter service back on it yet. The person who normally would do that is on vacation through Wednesday. After he takes care of critical issues when he returns he'll have some time to reenable counters.
