Having the same problem created several batches none have launched tonight. I do not see any error codes or confirmation codes when I log into my account on auctiva. I do hope you can correct this quickly. Thanks!
It wouldn't be so darn aggravating if someone would at least ADDRESS the problem and let us know it is being worked on. I keep going back and trying the collections again, to no avail. Hey, someone at AUCTIVA...let us know you are AWARE of the problem and approximately WHEN it will be fixed......
This classic scheduling issue has been resolved. Please check in your accounts to confirm that your scheduling status for these auctions are marked as failed "red," then re-schedule these auctions
They are showing up as scheduled but not posted (scheduled for 9/12/06). They are not showing up red. Should they be red? I don't want to double post them. Do I still need to re-schedule them? Regards, Roy
