My wife and I have posted close to 5000 auctions using Mr. Poster, yet I am still a "Rookie"? Anyway, Mr. Poster quit working for me. I can not get help from "support" Does this program work for anyone else, or has it died for everyone?

I would appreciate your imput so maybe I can figure out what is wrong.

I'll ask the support guys what's going on with your support case.

Mr. Poster is still supported and we don't plan on getting rid of it.

Thanks for your response. I have been having trouble with Mr. Poster on and off for several years now. In the past, the problems that I have encountered, were fixed on your end by your people after I filed support requests.

I presently have a support request now going, and basically have been told that there is no known fix. Email me and I will send you the request number, but you probably have access to it.

I have used Mr. Poster for a long, long time. I did not use it because it was free (although that was nice), but rather because it worked, it was easy to use, and you could use it offline. Offline is a very important feature.

For me, a basic listing tool is all I need. I do not want my auctions to have fancy color, fireworks in the background, scrolling signs, talking animals, music,dancing monkeys, etc. When I shop for something, I want to shop. If I want to be entertained, I will grab a beer and watch TV.

I tried the "new" Auctiva online lister, and do not like it. I went to Turbo lister. It works, but it is difficult to navigate.

I, and I am sure many more would even pay for Mr. Poster, if it would work properly, and had a few updated enhancements.

I have installed and uninstalled Mr. Poster 6 times in the past 3 or 4 days. It quit working. All I get when I try to post are "error" messages. My wife has a different computer, and started getting the same messages. She went to Turbo lister (she hates it but at least it works).

I found your support case. Not sure why it hadn't made it's way to the actual developers to investigate yet.

We should have some answers shortly...

Sorry this has taken so long to resolve. It really should never take this long, as we are maintaining Auctiva poster and Mr. Poster and just because they are not the main focus of new development existing users should still get support just as quickly as users of the other products and resolution of problems should happen quickly as well.

Wow, I feel EXACTLY the same way you do, cowchip! And I'd be willing to pay for a bug-free Mister Poster, not new and improved - I don't need flying donkeys and fireworks either - just updated and working.
