This is pretty much a constant problem. I have a large number of pictures that are not showing.

I have just deleted 18 and there are more than about 30 that are not showing.

Hi! I am having trouble also. My gallery shots are not showing up in my store. My cache is clean as well as cookies. Why is this happening? I just listed 5 items and only 3 galleries showed.
Please explain.

I just checked my listings and the no problems with images, in fact seem to load rather fast this morning.

As far as the gallery pics, it can take up to 6 hours for it to update. If after 6 hours I'd file a support ticket.

I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean in your auctions? Or in the Store Window within your auctions?

And what does deleting some have to do with others not showing?

Just trying to get a clear picture (heh) of the situation.

I deleted 18 auctions that have no pictures, I have checked back and forth for some time, just in case it is just a glitch...and the picture would reappear...that did not happen. It does not good to have auctions that rely on pictures showing...so I have deleted 18 of the fifty or so that do not have pictures.

I have made a request three times now for help or an answer regarding this problem with no results. In fact it simply says in my help situation that I have no pending cases.

All of these problems are in my store area of eBay and not on the auctions. I move ended unsold auctions to the store.

Hope that clears this up.

I don't understand why you would delete the listings and not try to get them fixed.

As far as sending in a help ticket, if your not getting a auto response back within a minute or two of sending it then it isn't going thru. I've filed a few help tickets and always get a auto response within seconds and then have always had a human reply within 30 minutes so not understanding why your not getting a reply.

As far as no pics, have you cleared your cache? I only ask cause just yesterday none of my 100+ listings had a gallery box, it turned out it was my cache.

Clear your Cache and Cookies
Reboot
Check listings
if still no pic, then send in a help ticket. If for some reason you don't get a auto response, then come back here and post and I'll send one in and send them to this thread.

I deleted the listings because it is irritating to people that are looking at listings and there are a continuous goup of listings that have no pictures, they give up and leave.

I have nearly 500 listings and there are at least 50 that do not have pictures, and this is not something that just started it has been for some time.

I have filed several help items regarding this and regarding being billed for scheduling when I in fact do not have scheduling and have not had that service for several months.

In the past I have not had trouble getting help, but recently that is not the case.

At this particular moment I would like to remove all of the listings that are blank, it is a problem for people look at my site.

Can you give a couple listing # ?

Also I'm not sure how you were billed for scheduling when it is free thru auctiva. I schedule all the time and have never been billed for it. But the auctions have to be launched from auctiva.

Well I don't know, are you sure you didn't delete them by accident?

I don't use Mr.Poster so I really have no idea how that part of Auctiva works. I use the free Auctiva.

Have you tried listing through the free auctiva site instead of using the classic auctiva where you have to pay for everything ?

If you want to cancel your auctiva poster ~ showcase pro and all the other services you pay for then send a email to the help desk here and ask for them to cancel your accounts, also ask them (auctiva staff) if you can move all of your stuff over to the free service from your paying service. This shouldn't be a problem because it is the same company.

I don't understand why you would pay for all that when they now offer it free ?

Hi Community,

To those of you who are experiencing difficulties with images not loading in the store window...The reason for this is because we had an image server go down, which has caused the speed at which images are served into the store window to decrease dramatically. Consequently, many images are timing out when they are loading, causing the message loading image to be continually displayed. We are in the process of installing a brand new image server and we should have it up and running smooth by the end of the week. Once we have the appropriate images transferred onto the new file server, store window images should be loading quickly again.

We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

There is a free auctiva??? I have been doing auctiva since the convention in New Orleans and I have not heard or known about free auctiva.

I feel fairly sure I did not delete them by accident.

I must be stupid or something...I had no idea that auctiva was free...I get a bill and pay it. I am really confused.

Before I start doing changes, I have nearly five hundred listings running, and I am in no mood to loose those listings. It takes me a lot of time to get those numbers.

Can my account be moved to the free listings?
If so what do I have to do?

I have also filed at least three issues and it shows that I have no pending issues.

Hi shartey, Yes there is a part of Auctiva that is free, sorry you didn't know this. No sure when it started as I've only been here a couple months.

As far as everything being transfered over, I'm sure that is no problem since they are both auctiva. I would suggest filing a ticket and ask them how to do this.

To find the free lister and what it offers, goto the HOME PAGE and follow the directions to sign up.

I am either just to tired tonight to figure this out or something is amiss...I cannot get into the free program, it just keeps telling me something about my marketplace etc...

Hi shartey,

If you would like to switch from Classic Auctiva to the new free Auctiva, you can sign up for an account at http://www.auctiva.com . If you log in from that page, it will take you to Classic, so you'll have to create a new account.

Once you sign up for a free Auctiva account, you active listings and images will be imported into your account, as well as your listings that have closed within the past 30 days.

However, there is no way to transfer all of your saved listings from Classic to free Auctiva.

Once you have made the switch, you can cancel your Classic Auctiva services if you'd like.

I have just paid $51.00 so I can contiue listings, I hope someone from Auctiva is reading this. I have tried with no sucess to get scheduling removed for many months now. I increased my size last month because I had more pictures than my account would hold. ..........
Now I find that others are getting free what I am paying for, and no one is answering my help request. I called the number on my bill to see if anyone there could help me...it said to file a help request...

My help request are not going through.

I also tried to sign up for the free acount and somehow because I already have an account, it will not take my password or my email. I tried three times yesterday.

I am not mad, I am furious. Don't get me wrong, I love auctiva, but to not know and then get billed again and again for something I don't use, and then to expand my account because I am not paying for enough space, then to find out there is a free service...geez, know how to hurt a girl here.

Will someone please Auctiva know for me, my help request are not being acknowledged and I have sent more than one in recent weeks.

I cannot upgrade my catagories, it just goes to some kind of an error and then says I have to close Auctiva.

I keep thinking, "and I pay for this".

Trying to keep a sense of humor here.
