I'm not sure I understand the question. Do you mean in your auctions? Or in the Store Window within your auctions? And what does deleting some have to do with others not showing? Just trying to get a clear picture (heh) of the situation.

Have you tried listing through the free auctiva site instead of using the classic auctiva where you have to pay for everything ? If you want to cancel your auctiva poster ~ showcase pro and all the other services you pay for then send a email to the help desk here and ask for them to cancel your accounts, also ask them (auctiva staff) if you can move all of your stuff over to the free service from your paying service. This shouldn't be a problem because it is the same company. I don't understand why you would pay for all that when they now offer it free ?

Hi Community,
To those of you who are experiencing difficulties with images not loading in the store window...The reason for this is because we had an image server go down, which has caused the speed at which images are served into the store window to decrease dramatically. Consequently, many images are timing out when they are loading, causing the message loading image to be continually displayed. We are in the process of installing a brand new image server and we should have it up and running smooth by the end of the week. Once we have the appropriate images transferred onto the new file server, store window images should be loading quickly again.
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience with regard to this matter.

Hi shartey, Yes there is a part of Auctiva that is free, sorry you didn't know this. No sure when it started as I've only been here a couple months. As far as everything being transfered over, I'm sure that is no problem since they are both auctiva. I would suggest filing a ticket and ask them how to do this. To find the free lister and what it offers, goto the HOME PAGE and follow the directions to sign up.

Hi shartey, If you would like to switch from Classic Auctiva to the new free Auctiva, you can sign up for an account at http://www.auctiva.com . If you log in from that page, it will take you to Classic, so you'll have to create a new account. Once you sign up for a free Auctiva account, you active listings and images will be imported into your account, as well as your listings that have closed within the past 30 days. However, there is no way to transfer all of your saved listings from Classic to free Auctiva. Once you have made the switch, you can cancel your Classic Auctiva services if you'd like. -Mike

ok.. I have just paid $51.00 so I can contiue listings, I hope someone from Auctiva is reading this. I have tried with no sucess to get scheduling removed for many months now. I increased my size last month because I had more pictures than my account would hold. .......... Now I find that others are getting free what I am paying for, and no one is answering my help request. I called the number on my bill to see if anyone there could help me...it said to file a help request...
My help request are not going through.
I also tried to sign up for the free acount and somehow because I already have an account, it will not take my password or my email. I tried three times yesterday.
I am not mad, I am furious. Don't get me wrong, I love auctiva, but to not know and then get billed again and again for something I don't use, and then to expand my account because I am not paying for enough space, then to find out there is a free service...geez, know how to hurt a girl here.
Will someone please Auctiva know for me, my help request are not being acknowledged and I have sent more than one in recent weeks.
