Just tried to sign up for the free Auctiva, and this is what I ge.
"This Email Address already exists in our system. Please choose a different Email Address. If you have an account and have forgotten your password, go here."
It simply will not take my name, email and password.

Wow, Shartey, I'm sorry your having such a hard time with all this. However I have faith in the staff at Auctiva and hope they are able to get you all set up and ready to go.

Geeze, I have been so loyal to Auctiva, when we were down for several days over a year ago I was in here defending them every day. I still love them..... I just would like to use the free service too!! nigela

Mike I have tried and tried to file for help and I am getting no results, I did finally get some help by sending an email with my last bill. For some reason my request for help is not processing.

Just saying this one more time, so it can be understood, I have tried to file for help for weeks...about different issues and I am not getting through, or it is not processing. When I look at my case files, it says no cases file.

I filed a case last night, and for the first time in many weeks the case showed up in my email. I have also filed a second case, it so far has not shown.
