I am not sure if the problem is me or Mr Poster but on two separate occasions when doing scheduled batch postings from Mr Poster I found that very expensive options "featured gallery" and "featured plus" had been added to a few of my listings when I had not selected those options as far as I know. I never use these features due to the cost and the low ticket value of the items I sell, I dont even see how you would purposely selected featured plus using Mr Poster, yet when I review my listings confirations I find these options selected and billed to me by ebay. I immediately cancelled the eroneous lisings and I hope that they will refund the fees $40.25 each for 4 listings or $161 in total in bad listings fees due to these errors. So has anyone else had this problem? Is there a good solution? Is there someway I can permanent make it impossible for these features to be selected by Mr Poster? Is there some way to verify fees for batch listings before uploading and before auctiva posts them? I realize it may be just me but $160 of listings fees when you are selling items for under $10 really hurts. ANy help would be appreciated.

yep same thing happened to me last year. I accrued over $1200 in fees on items that were all under $15.

I called EBAY and they had me cancel them immediately. I then followed up with faxes and e-mails requesting my credit (the guy on the phone said credit would be given). Eventually I got it but it was very time consuming and stressful.
