Have not been able to post a single auction using this junk since last Friday.

I work evenings and need the scheduler to load auctions when I'm not home.

Friday- the auctions bombed.
Saturday I tried to load directly no scheduler they bombed.
Sunday sent a test auction directly it worked.
Tried to load 4 auctions tonight-they bombed.

No confirmationmessage available.

When are you people going to get your $*** together? I can't afford this crap.

Don't give up. Check for latest version of Mr Poster, Update Categories. Regenerate ebay token.

I had fits a few weeks ago and eBay updated categories and nothing upload until you update.

They are having a problem with the scheduler. It has not yet been fixed. I have an open support case with them because my lots did not post last weekend. I've been told if you upload your lots immediately it works OK. I don't do this normally so I will myself will just wait until it is working properly

Greg,

The scheduling problem with Mr. Poster and Auctiva Poster is our #1 priority. The company has the day off today for the 4th of July weekend, but I'm still having 2 developers come in to continue working on this.

We've added a lot of additional logging to the scheduling process and I'm pretty sure we've figured out where the problem is and just need to make the fix now and release updates for Mr. Poster and Auctiva Poster.

Will keep you updated.

Well, I got a new update today but it still didn't fix the problem and none of my listings posted to ebay despite the fact that the progam said they were going up.

I've finally got an update that should be good news for all and mean that nobody should be having problems sending Auctiva their scheduled batch files.

If you were having either of the problems where a batch would go up sometimes and not go up other times or if you received the "Invalid Character" error message, both of these problems have now been fixed. Here's a little more info:

1. The error we had been working on for awhile now, was an "Invalid Character" problem that would cause a batch to not upload if it had a character that was not recognized. This would cause your batch to fail 100% of the time, if it had one of these unrecognized characters. This has been fixed.

2. In looking into the above error, we actually found that one of our web servers was not properly writing scheduled files to memory. We have multiple web servers for the auctiva.com domain. So, depending on which server you would randomly hit when uploading a batch, it might have gone through and might not have. This was frustrating all of our users, as sometimes the batch would work and sometimes it wouldn't. This also has now been fixed.

Let me know if you have any questions on this. Also, if you have any problems scheduling items with the latest version of either Auctiva Poster or Mr. Poster, please let me know asap.
