I have my batches ready for tonight - am I going to be left hanging or will they post normally? If they will not schedule I will need to make arrangements to send them through manually, so the quicker the response the better.

Thanks in advance,

Josh

Hi
Scheduler is working. I did a batch and it posted before I could even login to check it!
I used the post now method but that is still using the scheduler.
If yours are not listing file a support ticket please. Mr Poster support is also so low it seems that others are using MP with no problems.
I could not say that the last few days, argh!
Thanks
Ed

Most everything went through this weekend - a couple auctions failed at random, though that is an entirely seperate issue. Thanks for following up, and I'm glad that things are working again!

Josh

I have tried the support thing only to have them tell me it's an engineer problem...then nothing...I did however notice yesterday that I recieved an email letting me know that auctiva had collected funds from me again for services...should you be charging for that which your obviously not providing???? Is that even legal???

I'm getting the same error as well yet the COO just posted a message saying world class hosting is in place. Here's the error. Does anyone know what's going on with the system?

Roy

You're back to having problems accepting batches. I tried to post 112 items and got the error. I cut the file in half. Got the error. I cut into fourths and got the error. I had to get the batches under 30 items before they would accept it. Please fix this problem.

Hi
You're going to have to use small batches until we can sort out what's going on here with the larger file transfers ;/
Sorry as it is a pain to do this but for most it seems to at least let you list the items

Thanks
Ed

I don't think it's a number of items.

I think it's a file size.

It looks like I can list 3 items at a time which is approximately 600 lines of text.

It's been over two weeks.

Is this ever going to be fixed or do I need to start looking for another provider?

This is ridiculous.

Peterpalma - you are right on both counts. It is related to file size. I've provided a lot of debugging information but they still won't fix it. Thus you are right on the second count - we need to check into other providers.

Have you looked into others? I've not tried the new Turbo Lister. There may be other batch listing tools out there.

Roy

this issue is NOT resolved as of this evening.
as support should be able to see, there are several of us still having this issue. the web based program DOES NOT suit our needs. Is mr. poster ever going to be fixed ? please let us know if we need to look elsewhere for an OFF LINE program to use or if AUCTIVA is actually going to resolve this issue. I am one of the eBay sellers that your CEO (Jeff) contacted prior to development of Mr. Poster and I WOULD APPRECIATE an honest answer as to what is being done about this problem. Please see support requests for boogiebobsrecords and babalu726 for more information. Mr. Poster is useless in the current form ! Please fix it. thank you

We've had a support ticket on this now for 2 weeks and still its not fixed. We've provided a lot of debugging information (seems to be problems if the file size is greater than 24,000 bytes.)

Boogiebobsrecords - Have you found another system? We've been able to get 10 records to post at a time.

Regards,
Roy

I am now getting this error as I tried to submit a SINGLE item to my store. I have gotten it in the past as well and had to reduce my batches to under 10 (pain in the butt but at least they posted). Now I cant even post a single item...kinda hard to reduce the number on that.

Same error:
Error

Please resubmit your batch again. .

So is there anything that can be done with this??? VERY FRUSTRATING!
