We get nothing but 100% errors while trying to send batches today. What gives?

Same thing here 2 days in a row! Nothing but "unknown errors" when submitting batches. REPEATEDLY! Finally got one of the batches to go and then after that the same thing again........all batches submitted would not list for the same reason..."unknown errors". I also have loved Mr. Poster, but it seems lately there are too mmany problems and support has been of no help at all with resolving these issues.

Good Grief, tried and tried to list 10 measly items last night and FINALLY got them to go by some fluke. Still don't know what I did, possibly by deleting and resubmitting several times. Tonight is my regular listing night. ALL of them are in the RED. What in the world has happened to this wonderful service??? I use to beable to count on Mister Poster but if this is the way it will be I will find another Lister to list through. I have tried everything from UPDATING MR. POSTER, UPDATING CATEGORIES and even tried listing each and every auction under a different but wrong category and then REVISING if it happened to be submitted. Wow, can't believe the failure I have encountered here!


Hi, I did the windows update (at least I think I chose the correct update) and Mr. Poster icon only gives me the ERROR when I try to open Mr. Poster--gee sure hope I didn't lose all of my batches of auctions I worked on all week. I wish there was a quick fix to this--or is there?

I don't know if my last post got on here but there is a solution to the Mr. Poster Problems! Click on your Mr. Poster Icon, when there, click on FILES and scroll down to REGENERATE AUTHENTICATION TOKEN and then regenerate! You'll beable to post your auctions. I only wish I wouldn't have had to waste so much time figuring this out! Good luck! It will work if you regenerate!

HI again, please, to my last post, pay attention to the first paragraph of my last post. It seems that Auctiva ran 2 of my posts together. Just go to FILE on Mr. Poster and REGENAERATE!

Hi
Try uninstalling .NET from windows control panel > add / remove programs
Then go and do the live update and get .NET again
It could have gotten corrupted before
You might need to reinstall Mr Poster but try that first. You listings should be fine though as they are saved on the PC

More info on scheduling issues.
If you have gotten errors do this

If you have batches that you have uploaded after 12:30 PM PST Friday 4/8/2004,

please cancel them through the scheduler, and upload

them again. If the auctions were upload prior to that time, you should delete them, then re-upload them We believe we know what is affecting your

Auctiva scheduler.

ed you tell us to reinstall .net and the update and have done that. then to reinstall mr. poster....I removed and went to auctiva and the download page can NOT be displayed...so now what do I do ???? all the other pages work except that one. what the &$&* is going on ????
we have over 1000 items to post TODAY and the fricking poster won't work !!!!!

IT STILL DOES NOT WORK...CAN'T POST ANYTHING.
REINSTALLED AND UPDATED .NET AND REMOVED AND REINSTALLED MR. POSTER AND UPDATED THAT AND IT WILL NOT POST EVERYTHING HAS UNCOMFIRMED ERRORS.
WE HAV OVER 1000 ITEMS TO LIST AND YOUR FRICKING SOFTWARE DOES NOT FUNCTION !!@!!!

I get this message each time I submit a batch, and resubmit does not work. It did one time, but all the auctions in the batch were errors.

I have been getting this message for months.
After 15 or 20 times of resubmitting they will finally upload and then they will be all RED.
Occasionally they will list, (by some fluke as someone before said).
I want my dependable Mr Poster back please? Confused
