Hello,
just downloaded a update of ML (version 1.45a) and now my lists will not schedule. When I go to 'send batch' in the drop down menu, and click it, get a 'ok' button, then press that, and get a 'error occurred while getting FTP settings' message. I have checked my 'settings' and see in the drop down menu a new area for 'Regenerate Authenitcation Token' which takes me to a sign in screen to log into ebay, completed that step too...any thoughts on whats going on?? Waiting to load a bunch of store items and auctions...thanks!

I have the same problem......Is there anyway to fix this....or....just delete the updated part.

Hi,

If you file a Support Request, you will get quicker action than if you depend on this board for answers. Each time I have filed a Support request, my problems have been addressed quite promptly. If this problem is a bug in the download, thin I would recommend that users not update till it is fixes.

We had the same problems today with version 1.45a and just updated to version 1.46. We were able to send and start a batch with no problems with 1.46. Thanks to Tom and Auctiva for taking care of this so quickly. KUDOS!!

I downloaded the program after reading how you changed the name 1.46. The problem here is that I still got 1.45a. Can you check this out.

I can't get the 1.46 update - when I try, it tells me I have the latest version. I've got 1.45a now.....

HELP!

Well, after 3 trys, and being told I had the latest version, try #4 it updated to 1.46....

and the batch posted,
