Same thing here. It happens every time eBay has a "special" listing day. Right now, our batches are posting around 1.5 hours after they are sent to Auctiva. Is this an Auctiva issue or is eBay just clogged with the influx of people posting? Hopefully all these batches will post before midnight!

We are now at 2 hours to actually post from the time batches are sent to Auctiva. The batches we sent at 10pm are just now going on at midnight (E.S.T.). Anyone that has hopes of posting before midnight eBay time on 10 cent listing day...........

If you are using FireFox please try posting your listings using IE. There appears to be a bug when using FireFox that we are looking into.

I have the same problem and have filed a support case. My 7:00 PM batches from last night did not post either. I tried the new Auctiva with two items and they posted fine. I hope this isn't a way to get everyone to switch to the new Auctiva. I find it MUCH slower to work with than Mr Poster.

Nothing posting again today. It's hard to run a business when items won't post. Mad

I have a test listing sitting there as well. Don't look like it's going to do squat ;/
I called again
Not sure what's wrong and some engineers are not available.
If you have auctions that ran before you could use the auctiva.com site to repost them rather easily. But, I know that's not what or how you expect to list. Just throwing it out there as an option.

Thanks
Ed

I have 22 auctions that have been sitting there for about 4 hours, waiting to be posted. Any idea when they will get posted, and what time will they be officially clocked in by ebay?

this is my first time using auctiva. I thought I would like it, but does is always have problems like this? I have had 2 auctions go through and 5 just sitting with an error message "Not Posted : API error" and view error shows "You specified inconsistent Shipping parameters: <ShippingServiceOptions>=null and <CheckoutDetailsSpecified>=true" I can not figure it out. can ANYONE please help? I have spent all night listing, and now they arent going through. Should I continue using the service, or is there something I need to fix first?

Many Thanks!

I have batches sitting in the "waiting to be posted" column for over a day.

I can't resubmit for fear they will double post.

When is this going to be resolved?

This is a very rare occurance and, of course, it had to happen over a holiday weekend but many of us depend upon eBay for income and Auctiva to post those listings.

Could a staff person please update us?

Hi

stmack, your error is in the listing itself.
File a support ticket at auctiva.com but first be sure to go into your listing that failed and check the shipping/checkout settings. It seems something is just no set correctly there.

The users reporting issues here are using Mr Poster and the classic.auctiva.com site.

peter-- we still seem to be 'down' with the scheduler. Cancel those sitting there and we will post here when things are operating again.

Those that have made an auctiva.com account for the freetiva site might want to go and use that site to list items.

Thanks
ed

I too am a newbie. I can't tell if it posted. I chose post batch. I received the screen which indicated when the auction would end. I can't tell if I just botched it, or if Mr Poster has issues. Please help.

It's still down.

Auctiva Poster users can use the Tools > Local Scheduler to send a batch to ebay and not have to list them one at a time.
Mr Poster, not so lucky ;/

Thanks
Ed

Ed - I have several hundred auctions waiting to go through - what is going on with Mr Poster? This has been dragging on for several days now. We would appreciate an update and at least a timeframe for when the problem will be fixed.

Thanks,

Josh
