Help!

Just downloaded 1.40 and it doesn't work!

It opens fine but when click on Open Batch or New Batch

I get a box that says:

An unhandled exception has occurred in your application, etc etc

Followed by

Class Not Registered

I click on Continue but all I get is the Exception box again.

I can't create any new batches.

Until I can I'm totally screwed.

Yeah- I figured that one out for myself eventually

Interesting thing tho- I didn't have to update again, I downloaded 1.24 and it fixed whatever was bugging 1.40 without me having to update.

you should go ahead and try upgrading to 1.4 to see if the problem happens again

you can always reinstall 1.24 again

I uninstall my 1.4 and installed 1.24 and then upgraded to 1.4 again and I did not get any problems opening any batches

If you have a batch that crashes 1.4 I would really like to get my hands on it you can send it to batches@auctiva.com and make a post here about it after you sent it

You had spybot run on that PC recently ?

Check the support ticket and we can go over other things we requested

The batches built OK but 12 of 13 failed due to an unknown error.

What is going on?????

I've also had the same problem since upgrading to 1.4.
Also, my settings will not save when I click OK.
How do I get to 1.24. The website lists 1.37 as the the latest version. Should I uninstall & reinstall?
Had 60 items ready to go last evening till this latest category tweeking...Why can't they leave things alone????????
