For the last couple of weeks, I have had problems with Mr Poster. First, it was none of my items could list, then they could, then they could not again, then I was told to try to list them 5-6 at a time. Now, tonight, I have 139 items that were listed, but instead they are sitting in the "scheduled to post" area, and those items have been sitting there for 4-5 hours and longer.

Is anybody else having this problem??? I live on the east coast, and it is already after 11pm- I dont want these items being posted at 3am or some odd time like that.

ANY HELP ANYBODY COULD GIVE WOULD BE APPRECIATED-I HAVE CONTACTED AUCTIVA ABOUT THIS, BUT HAVE YET TO HEAR A RESPONSE.

I'm having the same problem. They were supposed to start at 6 PDT/9EDT and its now 1:30 am EDT and they're still sitting there. Everything looks like its supposed to be set to post but they're not posting. I put in a support ticket but that didn't take either even though it said it did. I'm going to try again and this time print-out the receipt page. This is ridiculous.

I could not get a new support ticket to take, although I got confirmation that it went in, but I was able to add on to an open ticket. We'll see if anyone's awake and I'll post what ever reply I get if I get one.
Regards,
Roy

Well, we've rolled the calendar even on the west coast so something's up and the system stopped working sometime today. Doesn't appear anybody's at the switch. We'll have to try again tomorrow (actually today for us east coasters)

I've filed support cases. I get an autoresponding e-mail but there is no support ticket in my account when I go to it. I don't think anyone watches these boards. I don't know how to get their attention (but they know how to get my money.)

Same problem here! I am about to pull my hair out. Tried listing several times last night and today, to no avail. They just hang on the scheduled page. I filed a Support request 5 times, only 2 of them show up on Auctiva and I received only 2 confirmation e-mails saying that they received my request and that they will answer soon. How long is 'soon'? They have not yet replied. Something is definately wrong with the program.

Hi, I did the windows update (at least I think I chose the correct update) and Mr. Poster icon only gives me the ERROR when I try to open Mr. Poster--gee sure hope I didn't lose all of my batches of auctions I worked on all week. I wish there was a quick fix to this--or is there?

Here I am 24 hours later, and the same items are still sitting in the scheduled area since last night. Not only have none of the items posted, but I still have not gotten any response from the Auctiva Support Team, despite me sending 2 more messages to them. Has anybody had any luck listing items in the last day?

I got an email response from Auctiva...they have told me that they reset their scheduler, and they wanted me to try to list some items and see if it works...my only problem is I still have items in the scheduler area...I dont want to list items twice. I asked if they wanted me to relist the items, or try different ones...will let you know what they tell me.

Nobody with auctiva seems to care or bother to respond to the community message boards.

I will remember this when they want me to renew my eBud software, because since they made the move a while back the customer support has gone from bad to worse.

The scheduling service has been down since 6:30am Monday morning (PST).

I've been trying to get it up on a new server today without luck. Working with the sys admin to figure out some issues with the new server.

I'll have the scheduling service modified tomorrow morning if we can't resolve these server issues. As I'm pretty sure one aspect of what it's trying to do (that isn't necessary) is causing it to fail.

Wish I had more (or better) news.

I'll update you as soon as I can.

As of 9:30pm we've got the scheduler running again.

Please let us know if any of your listings fail to post from this point on.

Kevin,
Thanks for checking in. I had a message from John that my items were re-scheduled to post but nothing posted. Is the scheduler working? What do I need to do to post batches I've submitted? Do I need to re-submit these batches?

Also, there is a problem with your support ticket system. It is not keeping track of new support requests.

Regards,
Roy

Hi Kevin,

seems to be working this morning. However it is still taking almost 10 minutes to upload a batch of 25. This is twice as slow than it was before the move you made. Any chance you can do something to speed it up ?

thanks,
Boogiebob

ramore,

You will have to reschedule items that did not post Mon/Tues.

As for not keeping track of new support requests, I'm not sure what you mean. Are you able to create a new support case?

Boogiebob,

Let me try and have some of the staff try and reproduce this. I know you mentioned it before, but I'm not sure who looked into it.

I assume you have images uploading with your batch? Do you know if it still takes a long time if you upload a back of 25 that have no images?

Anyway, hopefully I can get you an update here quickly.

-Kevin
