It appears there is an issue with the auctiva image hosting. If you use another FTP method it posts but the snag is our image servers. Sorry for the outage and we are working on it.
There's a snag in hosted images as well. None of my images are showing up in my listings.
This is ridiculous. Images going down twice in one month. The inability to post auctions during ebay's sale days.
I've been a paying customer for several years, and each year I wonder if it's really going to be worthwhile to renew for another year.
I'm already paying for images (I pay a premium for 25 megs of usage) that others are able to post for free on the free Auctiva site I believe?????
Now, with this new outage, and it being the weekend and probably the tech guys in the know off for the weekend, I'm sure all my listings will sit with no images for the entire weekend, and expire with no purchases. Yay......
This is SOOOO frustrating. I'm going to have to seriously reconsider when my lease comes up for renewal.
