I've used Mister Poster for years, but just now changed to MAC. I downloaded the MP software, but when I click on it to install it, a window just asks which Bluetooth device I want to send it to.

Auctiva, when queried, said they only work on Windows. But I KNOW there are other MAC users here. What to do? Please?

Brand new spiffy intel dual processor MacBook. Harumph.

Thanks, Mike, for moving it. I have filed a Help Request with Auctiva. That's when John L. told me "Thanks for choosing Auctiva!" (after I told him I have six years of using it) and that it only worked with Windows, and any further help needed, just ask. Lurvly.

Our desktop software was originally written for windows based computers. As a company, we've been focusing on bringing the features of the desktop apps to our website.

One of the big plusses of having a web based solution, is that we can now support both Mac and PC users.

At this time, we do not plan on converting the desktop applications to the Mac platform.

I'm presuming by "PC Users" you mean *any* OS that can run on an Intel/IBM-compatable computer, and not making the usual mistake of thinking "PC==Windows".

I wouldn't get so gung-ho about abandoning the desktop platform just yet. NOT EVERYONE has broadband yet. Not everyone can GET broadband for that matter. Offline posting tools are still vital.

We still will be supporting our Classic products for major malfunction, but we will not be adding any new functionality to our Classic Auctiva products.
