I'm trying to get started with Auctiva, but just can't get my first Turbo Lister batch loaded. I click [new batch] then [open batch] and go to the CSV file I'm trying to load. However, I continue to get an error "System.NullReferenceException". I've put in a support request, but 3 days have passed and I need to move forward. Anyone using Turbo Lister that can give me some ideas on how to get these listings loaded?
