I've been using Auctiva Mr. Poster for years now and don't want to to use anything else (even though it has its bug problems). But I am still too much of a numbskull to understand how I get image-related invoices from Auctiva every month I list when I use Photobucket for my images.
I've asked Auctiva, and the only answer I get is that I had image hosting at Auctiva and am being billed. I thought Photobucket was my host; I'm already paying them an annual $25 pro subscription fee. Auctiva usually refunds my money, and I really do appreciate that, but I want to understand this.
This is what I do - I upload my images to Photobucket, then I open Mr. Poster and copy/paste the URLS from Photobucket into Auctiva's item Picture URL line.
So I am too dumb to figure out why I keep getting invoices from Auctiva - last one was for $15.95 per month for approx. 1500 images, and I don't mind paying that, but by this time next year I might have enough images to pay Auctiva $69.95 a month for unlimited images. Hey, I simply can't afford that on top of everything else.
So, to reiterate, why do I pay Auctiva to host my images when I use Photobucket?
