You are dealing with Auctiva... Cancel now and use another service before you really start to lose money on there very bad service!! trust me !! Leave this service now all of you. If they don't want to have good equiptment. THEY SHOULD BE GONE!! Like our@*&* PHOTOS!!!!
I have filed a support case and waiting on a reply. I have also ask that they post here and let us know what the problem is and when it might be fixed.
To Joedeedee92-take it somewhere else. I have been here since Mr Poster started and it is as reliable as you get anywhere. If your not using their service what the heck are you here for?
Tom T from auctiva wrote the following on this forum yesterday.
"We have been running a file system check all night that should complete shortly. Once that is done we're going to bring the picture hosting server back online. If the problem still isnt fixed we'll take it offline again and run full rebuild of the file system tree. We opted not to do that initially because it has a possiblity of losing all images. We have had to do it once before in the past 4+ years this server has been used for our image hosting and it completed successfully then but we're trying all options before we take that step."
My thought is that they have done this "taken it offline" to fix it. Hopefully it will be up and working later today. I haven't tried it, am not posting until the problem is fixed.
Can't post and not much email, since auctions that are on aren't selling. I am going to fix some of my ads, work on my files and do other things that I am usually to busy to do. May even take part of the afternoon off.
To keep from getting myself all upset I'm thinking of it as a "snow day", for those of you in the southern part of the world - this is what we up here in the north call a day that it snows so much that schools and businesses shut down.
We used to own a store. Some times we would have a snow day right before Christmas on a day when we thought that we thought we would do 6 or 7 thousand dollars in sales - all we could do was go home and read a book - maybe going through days like that taught me to separate the things I had control over and the things I didn't.
We are losing a lot of money also, but things happen. Usually do a couple of thousand in sales a week. I am sure the guys at auctiva aren't just trying to put us out of business. They are probably more upset about this than we are, - how much money could they lose if they don't fix it, we can just switch programs.
I have confidence in them, I know they are trying,
