Still getting same errors with 1.70 as with 1.69. Unable to edit old batches, Unable to update store caragories. Unable to create new batches with new items.

Hi Dflyweb, the error you are getting means you have an invalid eBay token. Please go to classic.auctiva.com to regenerate your token.

Dflyweb, did everything work out for you yet?? My store categories are the only thing that will not update w/1.69.
I don't want to create other problems though by doing the new update to 1.70.
(Being very cautious).

No, I still am unable to use 1.70, even after regenerating my token. The developers are looking into it - I also was unable to use 1.69. So I am using 1.68, which is working for me, (except for store catogories - those I easily update through ebay's selling manager once the items have been started)

Thanks Dflyweb for the update. I will wait, not even sure I *need* the update to 1.70 now.
Today when I opened MP, I went to File> Update Custon Ebay Store Categories and it updated them. That was the only problem I was having, an error message that it could not update them. It seems something happened to let them update.
Hope everyone else is up and running soon. It is really nice to have the store categories update and not have to do it manually!

Well, once again...problems with the latest version. I, too, wish I'd said NO...do NOT upgrade, but I had faith.
Only had ONE item to list and got this now all too familiar error message:
ALERT! The following error occured: The parameter is incorrect. Line: 0 Error occured during loading XML file: Please resubmit your batch again.
I'll turn in a 'help request' but this is REALLY getting old.

Well, this is just GREAT! I tried to put in a 'help request' and got a brand new error!
When I hit 'submit' I got this:
ADODB.Command error '800a0d5d'
Application uses a value of the wrong type for the current operation.
/help/helpSubmit.asp, line 87
So now, not only does Mr. Poster not work, but I can't even report it and get help.
Sheeeeeeeeeeeeesh!

To whom it may concern:
On the request for support form there is a click box at the bottom with this line: ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I have also ran "Tools->Check for Auctiva Poster updates" to see if I have the most current version. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ 'I have also ran' is horrid grammer, and ownership should be embarrassed to have that on a page of instructions from a professional company. The correct word is RUN. 'I have also run.' ('have run,' not 'have ran')
May be a small thing to you, but it reflects on your entire operation.
(Of course, I couldn't submit a request for support since I got the error message I mentioned in the post before this one, so maybe someone will see it here, and respond. But I won't hold my breath.)
Just FYI.

I'd really like to invite all the other members who have posted here to go to this thread, and read my post-for-post experience with 'support.' It truly unbelievable, and how much you want to bet, they're getting paid a whole lot more than I'm currently able to make because my Mr. Poster 1.70 still isn't working after 12 days. Here's the thread title. I'd love to hear your comments. (What I'd really like to hear is someone from Auctiva apologize for this ridiculous situation, AND FIX IT....for ALL of us!) http://community.auctiva.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/945609321/m/2051004761If that link doesn't work, just go to the first thread under 'Mr. Poster' called "ERROR message at upload AGAIN!!!"

I've told my staff not to update. We had too many horrors with their last upgrade versions. We'll give it a few months. Its a minor inconvenience to keep saying 'NO' but rather be safe than sorry.
As it is, they've not updated their support systems. If you try to tell Auctiva what version you're using, you can't tell them unless you're still on 1.52 or some such. Sloppy at best. At worst....
