our auctions aren‘t listing. i‘m getting a error that says to relist and still won‘t work. Error Message: ALERT! The following error occured: File (20071214160537fishone.zip) not found Please resubmit your batch again. please advise.
You are not alone. I could not load on Friday or Saturday which forces me to use their online software tomorrow which is slow as can be. My biggest gripe with Auctiva is that they do not put something on their homepage explaining the problem. The fact that the listings don't load and that there is no one obviously working on the weekend to fix it is a disgrace.

We fixed this earlier but it appears some accounts are still affected. I can upload just fine but I could not early this morning.
So it appears some are still not able to upload into their FTP space.
I have called this in to the engineers and I hope we have this addressed soon.
What Greg mentioned is a temporary fix. You can use the free online site to upload the images and post listings that way. You can still use Mr Poster or Auctiva Poster but you would have to copy the url back and forth from the free site. I hope this FTP issue is addressed for all affected users as soon as possible!
