HELP...downloaded new version, now have Fatal Errors, wont OPEN!

Hello,
I tried to download the latest version of Mr. Poster tonite and got a 'framework Initialization Error' message, and now Mr. Poster wont open, gives me a 'Fatal Error installation' error...is there any hope?? I've got tons of batchs saved and dont want to lose all that info...any help appreciated, thanks!
