Hi

I've been using the scrolling gallery in my ebay listings for a while now, although because of my internet connection speed I tend to use Turbo Lister for actually listing. The gallery is hardcoded into all my ebay listings to appear at the top but I've noticed just recently though that the scrolling gallery isn't updating properly for some reason. I've checked my Auctiva settings and they all seem ok, I've got an up to date ebay token and yet my scrolling gallery was incorrect for about 5 days. In fact I've just noticed one of the items showing in the gallery - "Leonardo" actually sold 12 days ago. Here's the link to the closed listing which is still showing the incorrect Scrolling Gallery! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=250158319078 Another serious problem I have is when I access the my Auctiva store it only shows 17 items yet on ebay I have 73 (including ebay store items). To confuse matters even further when I go in to my Auctiva Account Overview to look at my Listing Summary, Active Listings are showing as 51 (not 73 as it should do) yet when you click the link only 17 show! Can anyone please help? I'm at my wits end with this and I don't know what else I can try.

Thanks in anticipation

Hi jooli44,

I just reviewed your account, including the auction linked to in this thread, and I was unable to find any ended listings in your scrolling gallery, so perhaps this problem has already been resolved. If you are still seeing ended listings in your scrolling gallery, you will most likely be able to resolve the problem by clearing your browser cache.

Any additional questions or concerns? Please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx

Hi booklady,

Not likely. The store window "should" never really become cached, so it is more likely that the problem was resolved between when the original post was made and I reviewed the OP's account. I've just handled a few similar cases in the past for which clearing the customer's cache has resolved the problem, so I included that suggestion just in case.

If your Sellathon gallery is showing expired items, it is probably due to something other than caching issues. If you experience that problem again, I recommend contacting Sellathon's customer support department using the webform on the following page: http://sellathon.com/support.html
