Hi HenryChan,

Thanks for posting your question here. If you would prefer to add the scrolling gallery to your eBay listings manually instead of relying on our system to do so automatically, you can get the HTML code used to generate your scrolling gallery by mousing over the “Gallery” tab within your account and selecting the “Get HTML” option and then incorporate that code into your listings as desired.

Specifically, you can add the scrolling gallery to a listing manually during the listing or revision process by switching to the HTML version of the description editor and then pasting the complete scrolling gallery HTML in the appropriate location.

If you decide to add the scrolling gallery to your listings manually, you can prevent our system from adding it to any more items automatically by mousing over the “My Account” tab within your account, selecting the “My Account Activity” option under Settings, selecting “No” from the drop down menu labeled “Append Auctiva Scrolling Gallery to my listings” and then clicking the “Update Account Preferences” button below.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our Customer Support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
