Hi Federal Books,

Sorry for the late response. There was an issue with one of our Internet Upstream providers that caused connectivity loss to some of our customers. As soon as our team diagnosed the problem we forced the majority of our traffic through our backup ISP. Everything is operating normally now. Also, we appreciate the traceroute. It helps us get to the source of the issue faster.
