Is it possible to use Auctiva to create listings for an ebay store?

Welcome Bonnie-Jean,
Yes. When you create a listing in Auctiva, at the very top under Create an eBay Listing, click Store Item. Your listing will then go straight to your eBay Store. Be sure to import your eBay Store Categories to Auctiva first so you can choose which Category it ends up in (Go to: My Account>eBay Settings>Update Store Categories from eBay).

At the top of the listing page (left hand side) you will see the options of Store, Auction or Fixed Price. Don't forget to go "My Account" and update your store categories from Ebay before starting to list.

I have an ebay store and have selected 'store item' at the top of my listing. WhenI click the drop down list next to the category box it shows me a list of all the categories in my ebay store. So I know that it's 'seeing' my store.
My problem is all the items I've uploaded have gone into a new auctiva store that I found by accident when I clicked on a link in my scrolling gallery. All the existing listings I had before signing with auctiva appear in both my ebay store and the new auctiva store, but the new listings only appear in the auctiva store.
How do I get them into my ebay store?

Help. I want to use ebay to stock my newly opened ebay store. I want to take some of the items that didn't sell in addition to new ones and put them in the store only. I cannot find a " toggle or such anywhere. II already have my categories uploaded. For some reason Auctiva help does not know how to answer this question! Maudelady

Thanks for contributing to our forum. Any items that you post to eBay will automatically show up within your eBay store, so you should not have to do anything special when listing your items to make sure they are available within your eBay store once they are active on eBay.
I just reviewed the support case you filed on this subject and it sounds like you were having trouble determining how to post your listings in Fixed Price format (instead of Auction format), which can be done by clicking the radio button next to “Fixed Price” in the Sale Type section at the top of the Auctiva lister page.
I see that you have since figured this out, but I was inclined to update this thread anyway in case another sellers who is encountering similar difficulties comes across this conversation when looking for solution.
