Help...I can't complete a listing as it is requiring a brand in item specifics...yet I can find no item specifics showing to fill in.

It looks like your filling out the lister form correctly, the "Custom Item Specifics" link should show up directly above the UPC label. I tested right now and see it for that category. If you have not done so already please fill out a support case, so support can review. It may be possible you have a javascript error in the browser that is stopping the Custom Item Specifics link from displaying, as it displays dynamically based on the category selection. Do you see a little yellow triangle with an explanation point in the lower left corner of the browser (assuming the browser has the status bar enabled)?

Thanks Greg! I did file a support case, hopefully they can sort it quickly.
There is no little yellow triangle that I can see. I'll google to see if I can figure this out. Could be a pop up blocker, maybe?

YAY! It was my pop up ad blocker. I turned it off for auctiva & it's now working. Thanks for helping to point me in the right direction, Greg!
