Find Product isn't finding any products

Is anyone else having a problem with the 'find product' option. Whenever I used to put an ISBN number in for a book it nearly always came up with the product but for the last few weeks it hardly finds any, even common books. I've contacted Auctiva but they haven't come up with a solution.

Hello revolutionvillage -

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty with the Find Product option on the lister page affecting some items. We currently have a work ticket for this issue in with our engineers, however I have no ETA on when a resolution may become available.

I will update this thread as soon as more information regarding this difficulty becomes available.
