Can't Verify my email address to even start on Auctiva

Hi all,

Don't know if this is the right place to ask so if not i apologise.

I have registered on the main site, clicked the link to activate, doesn't work and takes me back to the activation screen.

Tried copy and pasting the link, same outcome.

Lodged a support case at 6 o'clock this morning (UK TIME) and still nothing.

Tried resending the email - Still nothing.

I have an iMac 5K running the latest Software, all up to date so it seems Active isn't liking something here lol

It is unclear what may have caused this to occur for you as we are not aware of any specific issues with the activation emails. I can only suggest that you continue to work with your existing support case regarding this difficulty and we may ask you to forward the email you have received along or try sending you a different one from our end to see if this helps.
