Hi t5timesb,

Welcome to Auctiva, and thanks for contributing to our forum!

We do not currently offer a place to store your UPC and MSRP data that is independent of our eBay listing form but, if you would specifically like to include this data in your eBay listings (such that they would be visible to buyers), you may be able to import this data into our system using our “Upload Listings” feature under the “Listings” tab.

This feature allows you to import most (or all) of your listing data into the Saved Listings section of your account from a CSV file, and then post your items to eBay from there. You can learn more about this option by viewing the following FAQ and tutorial:

In order to include your UPC code with a listing you import in this manner, for example, you would want to include a column called “UPC” in your file which contains the UPC for each product. However, I do not know of a field on the lister page which is intended for an MSRP so how to incorporate that detail would depend on where you would like to include it.

On the other hand, if you are just looking to display your UPC and MSRP data internally, you could potentially add them to your Active, Saved and Closed Listings pages using the “Add Note” button in the Actions” column – but there is no way to import data into that area in bulk.

I hope this helps. If you need any more specific assistance on this topic, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab on our site and we will be happy to continue working with you.

-Mike
