I've seen that error before and you can fix it using a gallery image refresh on ebay. I've posted the procedure previously, but here's a repost of my prior response...
Go to the ebaY Site Map. In the center column under SELL, click on "Change Your Item's Gallery Image". You'll immediately have to verify it's you with a Sign in to your Account screen. It will next take you to a "Change Your Item's Gallery Picture" screen, where you enter the ebaY item number, i.e. the auction number. That will take you to a screen to where you can change the picture. However, you can also simply change to current, i.e. reload/refresh it with change button using same URL to the Auctiva webserver image. It took a second try to get the problem picture to load. If you get alot of RED ERROR messages (don't freek!), try again. Apparently, Auctiva has a picture webserver that's not always responding. This only happened once on 4 Plus and 7 regular gallery last night, so it's rare. However, this retry does get the job done (eventually) for a problem pic. If that doesn't work, I'd try a support case with Auctiva and let them know which pic is having the problem.
No problem on reposting it. You'd be digging for hours to locate it.
It's apparently a new problem since the ebay changes in late February. I think ebay has changed how they are hosting the gallery and gallery plus images, as I hadn't seen the problem previous to February.
I got the procedure from ebay Live Support and it worked for me....and hopefully will work for you too.
basically, the same way you have documented except it didn't ask me to login.
there was a field with the url to my auctiva photo kinda grayed out with a "create" button underneath..i selected create and the url was no longer grayed out and my photo appeared in the box below for me to review/verify.
Actually, I've done huge amounts of software and process/procedural documentation.
Maybe you guys could simply add a Section devoted strictly for Resolutions. I could help you if you want. I am looking for p/t work :-)

Well, it does sometimes require the verify login (and that was part of Lives step-by-step).
I was actually thinking about writing an Auctiva How-To and Tips eBook for publication. Wouldn't you just know they'd outlaw eBooks on ebay by my merely thinking about doing it...ur, well, I did have an outline started.
I had the same problem, and I did what Danno suggested and It worked fine. Thanks for the information. I was getting pissed off paying for something that I could not fix. Thanks again for your help. Ebay or Auctiva should let people know who to remedy this problem, or take care of the problem at a techincal end, so people aren't gettig ripped off.
