So I got a product details from eBay required notice, and my listing didn't list.
O.K. someone knows why this did not list, because they left a notice about the problem, but they did not tell me how to fix the problem.

SO after you tell me eBay needs X or Y or Z, put in a link on how to fix the problem, otherwise why do I stay on Auctiva? If I need to fix this and you cannot add the link, then I am working in the dark, without a clue.

Hello buyermahn -

Please be aware that failure notifications that appear in your Auctiva account come directly from eBay when their API reviews a listing prior to it posting. If you are unclear on resolving such an error after receiving one, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of your account letting us know the item that encountered difficulty and we will be happy to take a look at what occurred and assist you with the resolution.

We have representatives that respond to support cases 24 x 7, so the turn around time is typically fairly rapid.

As there are a large variety of potential API errors and eBay may change such messages at any time, we do not currently have the functionality you refer to, however, I have passed your comment along in the form of a feature request to our Product Management team for their consideration.

Apologies for any inconvenience!

- Craig
