Hello bizzy,

We are not receiving reports that would indicate that this is a widespread issue, but you should be able to mark an email from as as 'Not Spam' when it hits your Spam box on Gmail to move it to your inbox. While you may need to do this more than once before Gmail stops sending them to your Spam box, it should set your account to stop treating the messages as Spam.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of your account.

Hello bizzy,

We have no reason to believe that there is a widespread issue with our emails being received for Gmail accounts or that Gmail specifically considers email from us to be Spam. However, if you have been receiving reports from your customers regarding email not arriving I encourage you to file a support case with us letting us know the details of what you are encountering so we can look into it further.

If you have any further questions or other issues, please feel free to file a support case from under the Help tab of your account.
