In e-Bay Sales Section of Auctiva, when I try to CHANGE STATUS to SHIPPED, a note comes up saying that None of the items could be changed. Therefore they give the impression they have not been shipped. This has been happening for a few months now. However up until yesterday they seem to be updated by the following day and the little red van icon appears. However today, the ones I changed yesterday, have not updated and are still showing the green Cash icon (Awaiting Shipping). How can I get this to work correctly.
