Adding 'Accept Offer From Buyers'

I use the advanced edit to change listings back and forth between auction and fixed price, usually around the free listing periods.

I can edit pretty much everything I need to, but the one thing I can't find is the ability to add the Best Offer feature through the bulk edit. Is there a place to do this, so that I don't have to either add it manually to each listing or add it on eBay once the item lists?
