I'm sorry to hear that you encounter difficulty posting listings and encountered an error. We are not aware of any issues that occurred that would account for that and find no significant spikes in error from our reporting tools, so it is unclear what may have occurred for you. I did check your account itself and did not see any error messages relating to posting - but if you'd like us to have a further look into this please feel free to file a support case letting us know the text of the error you ran into and any other related information regarding the posting attempts and we'll be happy to check into it.
