Reply to "Another ticket as system does not work"

Support or non support got back to me.

They gave me a work around which I already knew existed.

Open each imported item, click OK for the message, and save the listing. Then do this for each imported listing.

You must be kidding.

Can no one at Auctiva fix any issues or is it a lost cause?
